So we met with the dietician.
I have to eat 1800 calories and Robby 2000. No big. But we buy groceries then they go bad, so we set a goal to go to the store and buy groceries on the way home. We did just that. Fresh steamed brussells... YUM! Then a walk after supper. Oh and we ate at the table instead of the couch.
Still no dc! Yay me
